Getting started

Set up your first workspace in about 10 minutes.

More elaborate tutorials are being worked on and will be added soon.

1. Create your first space

  1. Go to Spaces → Create New Space.
  2. Pick a clear name.
  3. Choose Visibility: private, shared, or public.
  4. Optionally assign the space to an existing dashboard section or create a new one.
  5. Save. You are redirected directly to the new space.

2. Choose the right visibility

  • Private: only you can access it.
  • Shared: only users you explicitly add can view it.
  • Public: visible through your normal space URL.

You can change this later from Settings → Share on the space page.

3. Add your first items

  1. Use the Add item button/menu in the space header.
  2. Choose From scratch or From template.
  3. Fill in values in quick/full mode and save.

4. Organize your dashboard

  1. Open Dashboard.
  2. Enter edit mode and set columns/page width.
  3. Create sections and move spaces where you want them.
