Getting started
Set up your first workspace in about 10 minutes.
More elaborate tutorials are being worked on and will be added soon.
1. Create your first space
- Go to Spaces → Create New Space.
- Pick a clear name.
- Choose Visibility: private, shared, or public.
- Optionally assign the space to an existing dashboard section or create a new one.
- Save. You are redirected directly to the new space.
2. Choose the right visibility
- Private: only you can access it.
- Shared: only users you explicitly add can view it.
- Public: visible through your normal space URL.
You can change this later from Settings → Share on the space page.
3. Add your first items
- Use the Add item button/menu in the space header.
- Choose From scratch or From template.
- Fill in values in quick/full mode and save.
4. Organize your dashboard
- Open Dashboard.
- Enter edit mode and set columns/page width.
- Create sections and move spaces where you want them.
