Search and sorting
Find items quickly in large spaces.
More elaborate tutorials are being worked on and will be added soon.
1. Open space search
Use the search icon in the space header to open the search panel.
2. Basic query search
The query searches overview text and matching item property content in the current space.
3. Add property filters
- Add one or more filter rules.
- Select property, operator, and value.
- Choose whether rules use ALL or ANY logic.
4. Sorting
Sort search results by overview/title, created date, or updated date in ascending or descending order.
5. Result pagination
Search results are paginated and keep current filters/query while moving between pages.
6. Tip for Discogs year
Discogs year can be treated as date-aware in filtering, so date operators work consistently.
